Welcome to CookNowWay, your destination for recipes, cooking tutorials, and chef tips. These terms govern your use of our services, digital materials, and goods.

2. Use of Content

All content provided by CookNowWay is for personal or educational use. You may view and share content, but you may not redistribute materials for commercial purposes.

3. Services

Our services include live cooking classes, virtual tutorials, and chef consultations. Specific details and schedules are provided at the time of booking.

4. Digital Products

Digital items such as eBooks, recipe collections, and tutorial videos are available for purchase and instant access.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods such as cookware, utensils, and branded merchandise are shipped to your address.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to another available date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund due to limited availability and chef preparation. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via our contact form. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6.2 Digital Products

Once a digital product download or access has been initiated, it is not eligible for a refund. In case of technical issues preventing access, we will provide a replacement file or access link. Requests for technical support and potential refunds can be made through our contact form. Resolutions are provided within 5 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

If a physical item is unopened and in its original condition, you may ship back the item within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Once an item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Scheduling and Transfers

Services may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the original date. Requests submitted later may incur additional fees or be subject to availability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CookNowWay offers services and products as described without other guarantees. All services, digital materials, and physical goods are provided on an as-is basis.

9. Limitation of Liabilities

CookNowWay is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the service or product.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of services or products after updates indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
